The Town of Schoharie has embarked on a critical planning process to shape the future of its most visible entrance - the I 88 Exit 23 interchange. Building on the 2025 Town and Village Comprehensive Plan, which recommended the establishment of a design based zoning code for the interchange, this project aims to translate community values into enforceable standards.
